I worked for a year as a hair model, both in catwalk and video/photographic in London and Leeds. I have since worked extensively in areas of fashion, bridal and art nude. I have some training in make-up application, with specific focus on photographic needs. I also frequently style my own outfits and hair for shoots and enjoy the creative challenges that involves! As an artist myself with a little experience in photography I have a keen interest in particularly creative projects so will consider TF to be involved in certain work.

Posing Workout
Today I went for a final prep session with John Denton before our tour to Ireland, which commences next weekend! Part of our prep was a mini shoot to play with some new posing, lighting, props and styling ideas before unleashing them on our unwitting delegates, and i have to say it was a pretty inspiring two and a half hours (not to mention and damned good work out!) I can’t WAIT to post some (or maybe all…) of the images on here, but I’ll have to keep you waiting on that one just a little while….

Monkee Fest
This May bank holiday weekend saw a return of Monkee Fest, hosted by John and Liz Denton at Calf House Studios, alongside the open studio weekend. We were really charmed with the weather and the weekend as a whole had such a gloriously creative energy to it. Photography taking place alongside painting and stone carving. It’s no surprise that everyone came out with some brilliant pictures with everyone bouncing off one another. On the Saturday everyone kicked back with a DELICIOUS hog roast and a drink or two, couldn’t ask for much more from a sunny bank holiday really!!
